Deposit Required for all new Clients

All appointments cancelled within 12 hours will incur a credit charge equal to 100% of all services scheduled.

Late Cancellation

• Not showing up to a scheduled appointment
• Rescheduling an appointment within 12 hours
• Canceling an appointment within 12 hours

Late Arrival

You get a 10 minute grace period for appointments of 30 minutes or more.

Charge of  50% of any missed service due to late arrival.

Showing up 15 minutes or later is considered a late arrival. In this case, we cannot guarantee your appointment. 

For appointments of 15 minutes do not get a 10 minute grace period.
